Before co-founding True Beauty Medical Aesthetic Clinic, she held leadership roles with Singtel, Yahoo, Rakuten Viki, and an international technology company headquartered in the United States, where she was responsible for driving business expansion and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia.
Today, Della focuses on transforming healthcare through innovation. She leads initiatives spanning medical aesthetics, patient experience, AI adoption, healthcare marketing, and digital transformation, while advising hospitals and healthcare organizations on leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
